I came across Ashley on a photography forum that we have in common while researching the high speed world of water droplet photography. These take an amazing amount of time and patience to get right, but as you can see the results can be spectacular. A word from Ashley ...
I am a final year vet student from potters bar (22). I've always vaguely liked photography, and got my first DSLR in Nov '09, and since than have been hooked! Things that appeal to me photographically are things that our eyes might not see normally. So, things like macro photography, high speed, time lapse, and slow speed like extended shutter speeds. I think that's why droplet photography particularly appealed to me (macro, high speed, colourful) - plus you don't have to rely on weather!
